Welcome to iLEAD

ILEAD AFRICA ACADEMY is a global initiative launched by “Frederick Aikhaituamen” as a “school and community outreach” program tailored to empower, equip and engage every young person as agents of change in the society using proven industrial, social and scriptural principles.

Today, both the Nigerian state and the African continent as a whole, has been reduced to doubtful, despised and demeaned statehood whose emerging economy is stagnated with the lack of true and trusted leaders to steer the wheel of development. Perhaps, it is the shortage of courageous, cultured and conscientious young leaders from among our young people, who will brave-the-odds against political intimidation, tribal-prejudice, corruption, social-injustice, religious hypocrisy, and government incompetence; to create a new dream, a new development plan and a new direction for the Nigerian/African state, with a reliable and realistic framework for its achievement. The situation leaves much to be deserved, and calls for immediate action.

For this reason, we have resolved in our heart to salvage the situation and to prepare the coming generation for the kind of leadership roles we desire as a society. This we intend to do by standing out for our young people, and networking with young people while at the same time collaborating with varied institutions, organizations, and stakeholders through the “iLEAD ACADEMY PROJECT”.

What we do

The ‘iLEAD ACADEMY’ seeks to reach young people (at schools and in neighborhoods) by mentorship and training programs, internship and interactive neighborhood networks, assistantship and engagement programs, incentive projects and enterprises development, community services and development centers, recognition awards and fellowships’ honor, and by regular meetings and bootcamp.

Who we are?

The ‘iLEAD ACADEMY PROJECT’ is executed under a management team, made up of the coming together of dynamic, independent, purpose-driven young people (who are entrepreneurs and/or expert in their chosen field of career/endeavor and Christians) with the common commitment and objective ‘to pioneer positive change and sustainable development in the society, motivate and lead other young people to successful achievement, cooperate with young people on resolving the challenges of young people and society development, and consequently, promote personal faith, godliness and righteous living through biblical base principles
